Newly completed four-storey villa in an exclusive location right by the beach south of Makarska. The room has a unique view of the turquoise sea and the Pelješac peninsula on the horizon, especially the morning view from the water bed on the waters of the Adriatic is relaxing.

Only one of two villas for sale completed in May 2024. These are the last plots at the end of the street, behind them a unique Mediterranean atmosphere of pine forest with small beaches partially shaded by trees. On the other side, there is a small village, the nearest restaurant is a 2-minute walk away, a little further on there is a cafe, a shop and a bakery.

The villa has a kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor. Large frameless windows with electric drive for remote control from the company S.B.S. they have 4 motorized wings facing west and 2 north. All indoor rooms have strong and quiet air conditioning.

The garage is spacious enough for 2 large cars. There are also two large cellars in the basement. Internet is via landline and also via satellite via Skylink.
